We are seeking a Sales and Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our commercial strategy - from room revenue to events. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the financial performance and guest experience across our hotel operations. Key Responsibilities: Maximise room revenue across all distribution channels, with a strong focus on OTA performance (e.g. Expedia, Agoda) Analyse market trends, competitor rates, and demand to inform pricing and yield strategies Manage OTA content, availability, and rate parity to ensure visibility and conversion Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers Lead on conference and events (CandE) sales, responding to enquiries and converting bookings for meetings, private events, and special occasions Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to develop creative menus and deliver exceptional events that reflect our brand and exceed guest expectations Support in the planning and execution of bespoke functions, weddings, and corporate bookings Prepare and present weekly/monthly revenue and events performance reports to senior management Work ..... full job details .....
