Duties Lead , motivate and develop the retail sales team, including performance management, coaching and day-to-day support. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed expectations.
