My client is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. Duties

• Lead , motivate and develop the retail sales team, including performance management, coaching and day-to-day support.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed expectations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across digital channels, print media, and events
• Take ownership of the company''s e-commerce sales activity, managing product listings, pricing, stock availability and online promotions across platforms such as Shopify.

Skills

• Proven management experience leading sales and marketing teams with a focus on achieving measurable results
• Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of expanding client portfolios
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and customer relationship management
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance excellence
