You''ll have the chance to work closely with the business, contributing to brand growth while helping shape future product ranges through customer feedback and market trends.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.Respond to customer service and marketing emails.Monitor and manage the company''s social media platforms.Respond to customer enquiries across social media channels.Build relationships with influencers, PR contacts and brand ambassadors.Liaise with stockists and retail partners.Feed back sales performance, customer insights and product information to the Directors.Help identify opportunities for new products based on customer feedback and emerging fashion trends.Support the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of the business.About YouThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience within sales, marketing, customer service or a similar role, or an equivalent qualification.A genuine passion for fashion and an interest in the dressmaking industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Confidence using social media platforms ..... full job details .....
