The role combines day-to-day customer order management with outbound business development, ensuring customers receive outstanding service whilst identifying opportunities to generate new business and increase sales. The Role you will be doing; Customer Service Respond promptly to customer enquiries received via the customer service email inbox. Process customer sales orders accurately within Sage. Issue order confirmations and maintain accurate customer records. Add outstanding orders to the Production backorder Proactively communicate changes to lead times and delivery schedules. Expedite customer orders and liaise with Production, Purchasing and Warehouse departments to provide accurate updates.
