Responsibilities

• Contact all warm prospects (no cold calling) via phone, email and social media platforms.
• Engage and build rapport with warm prospects with the aim to book them in for a boiler survey.
• Liaise with sales representatives (confirming booking dates/times and 
• prospect requirements).
• Provide feedback to the marketing manager in regards to frequency and 
• quality of leads generated.
• Following up with prospects post survey and answering any questions the customer have in regards to their new boiler.

Skills And Experience

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate and have worked with various software packages (experience with Infusionsoft is desirable)
• Fluent English speaking and writing abilities along with an easy to understand telephone voice.
• 1+ years experience working in the boiler trade (or similar) is essential.
• Self-motivated, Friendly, presentable, thorough and with a positive attitude
