Reporting to the National Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Processing live orders and tracking deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.Offering knowledgeable advice on products while professionally handling customer queries.Building and nurturing strong relationships with independent stockists to foster loyalty.Supporting the Sales team by sharing valuable feedback and insights.Driving sales through effective communication and engaging customer interactions.
