Our Solus Finance Office based in Milton Keynes has a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis. You will be ensuring that supplier invoices are paid within term and that sales invoices are raised accurately. Key elements of the role include:



Responsibilities

• Entering supplier invoices into Solus''s accounting system
• Organising weekly payment runs
• Raising sales invoices
• Dealing with queries from suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Carrying out checks and controls as necessary to ensure the smooth-running of the system
• Contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department

This is a hybrid role. We work Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday from home.
