Overview6 Month Fixed Term ContractOur Solus Finance Office based in Milton Keynes has a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales and Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis. You will be ensuring that supplier invoices are paid within term and that sales invoices are raised accurately. Key elements of the role include: ResponsibilitiesEntering supplier invoices into Solus''s accounting systemOrganising weekly payment runsRaising sales invoicesDealing with queries from suppliers, customers and colleaguesCarrying out checks and controls as necessary to ensure the smooth-running of the systemContributing ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department This is a hybrid role.
