This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to deliver outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy branch, with full training provided.Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist both trade and retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable products for individual projects.Provide expert product advice and support to customers.Process customer orders accurately using the company computer system.Communicate with customers via telephone and email.Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure branch documentation is organised.Receive, check and process customer orders and incoming deliveries.Keep the branch and warehouse clean, tidy and well organised.Merchandise new products and maintain attractive product displays.Ensure stock is stored safely and efficiently.Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and report any concerns.Support the wider branch team to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance.Promote additional products and maximise sales opportunities where appropriate.
