Sales AdvisorPermanent SwindonSalary - £25,000 OTE - £40,000 - £60,000This role will be 5 days out of the 7. You will be working on a rotating basis of 8:45am-5:30pm, 10:45am-7pm and 11:45am-8pm.We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our client based in Swindon.Key Responsibilities:Handle a mixture of inbound sales calls and Web site driven leads, identify customer needs using a sales approachBuild rapport quickly and recommend tailored cruise-and-tour holiday packagesPresent complex, high-value itineraries with confidence and expertiseCreate meaningful customer engagement, overcome objections, and close salesOffer alternative solutions when original itineraries do not align with client preferencesMeet or exceed KPIs related to:Conversion ratesGross margin deliveryData capture accuracyEnquiry handling performanceAccurately calculate pricing and deliver timely, detailed quotationsComplete booking administration with precision and complianceCollaborate within a high-energy sales team to drive collective performanceWork cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and premium customer journeyAdhere to call centre compliance standards, including ABTA regulations, and data protection policiesSkills and Experience:Sales experience requiredPreferably within a call centre environmentTravel and/or Cruise sales experience would be desirableStrong computer literacyWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research toolsCritical Competencies:Highly motivated, ..... full job details .....
