You will engage with lapsed accounts, follow up with online enquiries, and new prospects to generate demand and close deals.Key Responsibilities:Quote and book in customer callsHandle pricing inquiries confidently.Chase open quotes the same day to ensure timely shipping.Record outcomes of each follow-up accurately, maintaining detailed notesUtilise weekly lists of lapsed accounts, online searchers, and new prospectsEfficiently serve trade counter collections and ensure daily collections are prepared in advance.Managing existing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunitiesBuilding strong working relationships with customersManage the shared inbox and allocate online orders to meet daily standards.Key Skills and Experience:Natural sales ability on the phone, with a willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.Excellent organisational skills, ensuring tasks are completed and notes are kept.Proficiency in office systemsTeam-oriented mindsetThis is an exciting ..... full job details .....
