Sales Administrator

The Company:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join an established supplier of clothing to high street retailers. They are looking for somebody who has very good administration skills with excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage a fast paced, varied workload.

The Role:

Supporting the team with day-to-day order administration.

Responsible for handling the flow of goods and services between the company and customers.

Look after specific key accounts, making sure their account has the highest service level possible.

Processing sales orders that have been received by phone call or email and entering order details onto a computerized accounting system.

Working closely with logistics to ensure the customer receives the correct items and being able to communicate to the highest level internally and with customers.

Review sales data / reports.

Sales order processing on sage system - enter orders, allocate stock, pick and despatch.

Other duties as required. -

Skills Required:

MUST have experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organisation skills.

Able to cope under pressure to meet deadlines.

Computer literate with good IT skills - Excel & Sage.

Able to work well in a team and provide help when needed.

Good communication and numeracy skills.
