Sales Administrator

Great with detail, comfortable with Excel and enjoy keeping a busy sales team organised?We''re looking for a Sales Administrator to join an established and successful consumer products business, supporting its sales team and major retail customers.This is much more than basic admin.You''ll be right in the middle of the sales operation, helping with everything from new product set-ups and promotions through to customer orders, stock availability and retailer queries.The RoleYou''ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, Stock Control and Customer Service to make sure everything promised to customers actually happens.That will include:Setting up new products and completing retailer documentationMaintaining product, pricing and customer informationSupporting new product launches and sales proposalsManaging information through retailer portalsSetting up and checking customer promotionsProcessing and supporting customer ordersProducing stock availability reportsLiaising with Logistics over deliveries and order issuesHelping resolve retailer and customer queriesKeeping track of actions following sales meetingsProviding general day-to-day support to the Sales teamWhat We''re Looking ForYou don''t necessarily need years of sales administration experience, but you do need to be organised, accurate and comfortable juggling plenty of moving parts.We''d particularly like to hear from people with:Sales Administration, Customer Service, Account Support or similar experienceGood Excel and ..... full job details .....
