The Role Working within a fast-paced sales administration department, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service. Key Responsibilities Bringing new and used vehicles into stock. Preparing and managing vehicle deal packs. Carrying out vehicle history checks. Taxing and registering vehicles. Raising vehicle invoices accurately and efficiently. Processing vehicle funding and used stock. Liaising with the sales team, finance companies and external suppliers. Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer and company procedures.
