My client is currently looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join the team on an 8-month contract basis, in their Horley offices. This is a varied role supporting both customers and the wider business, handling enquiries, orders and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and timely responseRaising POs and processing order details accurately on the CRM systemProviding administrative support to the sales and project teamsPurchasing stock for ongoing projects and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryPreparing quotes for works and sending them to clientsBuilding relationships with clients and suppliers to support with smooth deliveryAbout you We are looking for someone who is:Experienced in a sales support/order processing roleComfortable working with CRM systems and MS packagesOwn car ideal or able to travel to/from HorleyPackage Monday to Friday, 8am-5pmSalary up to 27,000pro rata DOEFixed term contract of 8 months28 days holiday (including BH)Free onsite ..... full job details .....
