The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to both internal and regional sales teams, ensuring accurate order processing, excellent customer service, and high-quality administrative and organisational support.Key Responsibilities - Sales Administartor Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all commercial and logistical details are correctIdentify and communicate discrepancies promptlyCreate and follow up on customer quotationsMaintain accurate CRM data for all sales activitiesHandle customer enquiries efficiently and professionallySupport internal sales teams by sharing relevant customer informationAssist with preparation of sales meeting contentOrganise regional and UKandI meetings, including minute-taking and action trackingCoordinate internal training sessionsArrange travel and accommodation for regional activities and events Requirements - Sales Administrator Essential: Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or administrationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and deadlinesConfident communicator with the ability to engage at all levelsProficient in MS OfficeHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail Desirable: Experience using SAP or CRM ..... full job details .....
