Job dutiesAccurately process customer orders from receipt to fulfilmentTrack orders and proactively update customersAct as the first point of contact via phone and emailResolve issues professionally and efficientlySupport external sales with quotations and product informationPrepare accurate quotesGeneral Administration duties, Stock/inventory checks, filing and reportsAnswer calls promptly and professionally and Direct enquiries appropriately RequirementsKnowledge of glass products and processesKnowledge of aluminium products is advantageos Previous experience supporting a sales teamExcellent communication, organisation, and IT skillsHigh accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressureExperience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service ..... full job details .....
