Sales Administrator
Our busy manufacturing company based in Wellington is looking for a full-time sales administrator to join and strengthen their dynamic sales team.
This is a varied fast paced role, managing the order processing, customer enquiries, and supporting our sales team internal and external, checking incoming emails for orders and initiate the sales order procedure and inputting orders accurately and efficiently.
You will also be assisting customers with pricing, product inquiries, and sales-related issues via phone calls and emails, co-ordinating any orders requiring further design and specific requirements, communicating with customers to resolve pricing or delivery issues, issuing price files to customers as needed, handling returns and collections, liaising with both customers and internal teams.
In addition, you will be working closely with internal departments to support customer needs, such as transport, Production & sales, supporting external sales colleagues and stay on top of sales performance in their region, speaking directly with customers, offering advice and top-notch service and building relationships with key accounts and help grow their business.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a sales admin role within an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to in-house software related to our products.
- Builds strong relationships quickly & holds excellent communications skill
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- A team player who brings good vibes to the office
- A great communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving problems
