You will be responsible for:Supporting existing customers and drivers with ordering their next vehicleHelping with online portal access, test drive bookings, and general ordering adviceEnsuring vehicle orders are completed correctly the first time, with all required information and documentsWorking closely with Customer Relations to keep systems and reports up to date (renewals, driver changes, etc.)Supporting partner and business channels with vehicle quotes, orders, and manual paymentsLooking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficientProviding a professional and helpful phone service to internal and external customersResolving queries quickly, aiming for first-call resolution and working within agreed SLAsWhat will you bring to the global premium automotive brand:Educated to GCSE/A-Level equivalent.Strong ..... full job details .....
