Temporary Administrative Account HandlerLocation-Gloucestershire Job Type- Temporary ongoingHours- 9am-5.30pmWe are seeking a temporary Administrative Account Handler to support a busy production-led environment. This role sits within a fast-paced administrative team and works closely with production, management, design, logistics, and installation functions to ensure projects are running smoothly from start to finish. Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a dedicated account handler for assigned projectsPreparing quotations and processing customer ordersManaging projects from supplier order through to delivery and/or installationRaising client invoices and approving supplier invoices for paymentHandling customer queries and assisting with complaint resolutionChasing PO''s and sending invoices Maintaining strong financial accuracy and cost control across projectsProviding cover for colleagues during periods of holiday or sicknessSupporting general office and administrative duties as requiredRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong communication skills (verbal and written), both internal and externalAbility to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environmentComfortable working independently and as part of a wider teamGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordSage experience is desirable but not essential Ability to identify and progress additional opportunities where appropriateLogistics or production-based experience is an advantage but not essentialProactive, adaptable, ..... full job details .....
