Are you a capable and detail-oriented, client-facing administrator from an engineering or manufacturing background, looking to work in an internal inbound sales team with a leading business in its industry?

Are you looking to progress your career and move into management with a growing, stable business where you will provide commercial support to the sales and account management teams and help secure and develop new clients?

On offer is a role within a modern, family-run engineering business focused on continuous improvement, which will provide excellent training and actively encourages career development and progression.

The main purpose is to methodically process the quotes with attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
You will be practically minded with an inquisitive nature and a natural problem solver from a technical background.

The Role:

• Efficiently taking & processing client orders
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Managing enquiries and processing quotations responsibly and intelligently to act in the best interest of the client
• Quotation follow-up and negotiation to convert into orders

The Person:

• Logical thinker with common sense
• Organised and efficient when dealing with clients
• Good Telephone manner
