Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a Sales Administrator 

As a Sales Administrator your duties will include:

• Act as a central point of contact for documentation, internal enquiries, and team coordination
• Manage and respond to incoming customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
• Support the preparation of quotes and order processing when needed.
• Ensure consistent, professional communication with customers throughout the enquiry and service process.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.

An ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator will have:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
