Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous sales support, sales administration or order processing experience
- Strong accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and international skills
- IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages
- A strong and confident individual who can hit the ground running
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to problem solves and overcome objections
- The ability to able to proactively deal with challenges and problem solve independently
The successful applicant will form part of the busy, customer focused sales department, where they will take on full responsibility for processing sales and purchase orders and for liaising with transport companies and customers to organise and schedule deliveries to tight deadlines.
