Sales Administrator (Temporary – 3 Months with the view to go permanent)
Arnold, Nottingham (own transport is preferred)
Ideally 7:00am – 3:30/4:00pm

£13-14ph dependent on experience, looking for immediately available candidates or a short notice period.

We’re currently seeking a hands-on Sales Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for around 3 months, covering their busy seasonal period from Halloween through to Christmas. The role will be based on-site in Arnold, Nottingham, working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to support sales, stock management, and transport planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain sales data using their systems.
  • Handle incoming sales calls and emails, providing timely updates to production and accounts teams.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to maximise sales opportunities and reduce waste.
  • Liaise with customers and transport teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Record transport sales and invoiceable tasks, supporting the transport planning function.

About You

  • Previous experience in sales administration, stock management, or transport admin is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with good IT/data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude – comfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environment.
  • Own transport preferred due to the location
