You''ll manage and develop existing customer accounts while working closely with the wider sales team to identify opportunities for growth.What You''ll Be DoingManaging and developing a portfolio of customer accounts.Making proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.Building strong, long-term relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact.Identifying opportunities to increase account growth and profitability.Cross-selling existing and new product ranges.Managing quote requests and following up opportunities through to completion.Booking appointments and opportunities for the BDM team.Analysing customer accounts to identify additional sales opportunities.Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Marketing and Operations.Monitoring customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service.Staying up to date with relevant industry and product ..... full job details .....
