Sales Account Manager

Job Title: Sales Account Manager Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 Location: Okehampton, Exeter Our client is currently looking to recruit a sales account manager to manage two key client accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the ability to build lasting relationships and also has the ability to maximise accounts. Purpose: To manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell/cross-sell).Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services/products.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.Handle contract negotiations and renewals.
