About the role We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Safeguarding and Wellbeing Coordinator to join the EFI Group. Working as part of the Personal Progression Team, you will play a key role in supporting student welfare, coordinating safeguarding and wellbeing interventions, and ensuring students receive timely support and referrals. As a key safeguarding contact, you will work closely with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about student wellbeing, safeguarding, and helping learners achieve their full potential. About you Qualifications: GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above, with evidence of ongoing professional development in safeguarding, wellbeing, or student support.
