A long-established rural practice in Suffolk is seeking a Rural Surveyor to join its professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to develop their career within a respected regional firm.

You’ll work across a broad range of rural professional services, including:

• Estate and property management for private and institutional clients

• Valuations, landlord and tenant matters, and rural consultancy

• Agricultural, residential and commercial property advice

• Supporting clients with sales, lettings and acquisitions

• Assisting with planning, diversification and development opportunities

• Contributing to the delivery of high-quality professional reports and client guidance

• Experience as a Rural Surveyor, ideally MRICS or working towards qualification

• Strong understanding of rural property, land management and agricultural matters

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships

• A proactive, organised approach with the confidence to manage your own workload

• A genuine interest in the rural sector and the communities it supports

• Salary between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on experience
