This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor to become part of a well-established practice with a strong reputation across the region, offering exposure to a broad and varied rural workload alongside genuine long-term career progression. The Role The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of rural estates and agricultural property matters, providing professional advice to a wide range of private clients and landowners. Responsibilities are likely to include: Estate and property management Landlord and tenant matters Valuations and appraisals Rural professional work Agricultural and diversification advice Basic Agency work Client relationship management Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and instructions About You Applicants should ideally have: MRICS qualified status (or close to qualification) Experience within rural surveying or estate management Strong communication and client-facing skills Commercial awareness and a proactive approach Full UK driving licence Knowledge of the East Anglian rural property market would be advantageous What s on Offer Competitive salary package Excellent long-term progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Varied and interesting ..... full job details .....
