Roofing Site Manager – Permanent | Hampshire andover

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing roofing projects across Hampshire.

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and roofing teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the office team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing roofing projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
