Site Manager

An exciting opportunity-for an established Site Manager to run an upcoming industrial refurbishment scheme in Basingstoke.

As the primary point of contact on site, you will direct daily operations, manage trade teams, and uphold exceptional safety practices in an active industrial setting. The client is looking for someone who can maintain momentum, solve site challenges proactively, and protect the project budget and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven history of successfully delivering industrial refurbs or heavy commercial fit-outs up to -3m.

• Certifications (Mandatory):

  • SMSTS

  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold)

  • First Aid at Work

• Exceptional team management abilities, with a track record of keeping subcontractors accountable and informed.

• Prior experience dealing with live industrial environments or complex site access is strongly preferred.
