Roofing Estimator

Job title - Roofing Estimator 

Salary: £50k to £65k

Location: Cambridge 

Your will be working for a leading manufacturer in flat roofing, membranes and waterproofing systems.

This is a full-time role however the role will be primarily based in Essex.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ prior experience as a roofing estimator
• Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, and manufacturers
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
