Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced-Roller Driver-to join our roadworks team.

Based out of Bordesley Green, you will be working on sites across Lincolnshire, operating roller machinery on a range of road construction and surfacing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating ride-on roller machinery safely and efficiently
• Compacting materials in line with site specifications
• Working closely with groundworkers and surfacing teams
• Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery
• Following all health & safety regulations on site
• Willing to jump of the roller help out Groundworker as and when.

Requirements

• Valid-CPCS or NPORS Roller Ticket-(essential)
• Previous experience operating rollers on roadworks projects (Not essential)
• Good understanding of site safety and procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel to sites across Lincolnshire
