Job Description: Roller Driver (Roadworks) Pay: 120.00 - ( This is Take Home ) Work Locations: Lincolnshire Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Roller Driver to join our roadworks team. Based out of Bordesley Green, you will be working on sites across Lincolnshire, operating roller machinery on a range of road construction and surfacing projects. Key Responsibilities Operating ride-on roller machinery safely and efficiently Compacting materials in line with site specifications Working closely with groundworkers and surfacing teams Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery Following all health and safety regulations on site Willing to jump of the roller help out Groundworker as and when. Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller Ticket (essential) Previous experience operating rollers on roadworks projects (Not essential) Good understanding of site safety and procedures Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to travel to sites across Lincolnshire ..... full job details .....
