Risk and Compliance Manager Liverpool £50,000 + Bonus I''m working with a rapidly growing financial services business in Liverpool that is looking to strengthen its Risk and Compliance function with the appointment of a Risk and Compliance Manager. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the business and wants to play a key role in developing risk culture across a growing and diverse organisation. The business has experienced significant growth and has ambitious plans to continue expanding, creating an exciting time to join the team. The Role You''ll work closely with teams across the business to support the existing Risk and Compliance framework, with a particular focus on Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs). A key part of the role will be helping the business embed the RCSA process and further develop its overall risk culture. You''ll need to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the organisation, from senior leadership through to operational teams.
