The Opportunity This is a broad and varied HR Business Partner role, combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery. Drive organisational change, transformation projects and restructuring activity. Build leadership capability through coaching, support and constructive challenge. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention. Champion diversity, inclusion and a positive workplace culture. Support workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure future capability. Use people data and insight to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and employment legislation.
