Reward Specialist (Benefits) Inside IR35

We''re looking for an experienced Reward Specialist (Benefits) to join our client on a contract basis, supporting their benefits strategy across both the UK and US. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reward professional who combines strong UK benefits expertise with international experience. The role is offered on a remote basis with the possibility of becoming permanent. You''ll take ownership of day-to-day benefits administration and strategic reward projects, ensuring the company''s offering remains competitive, compliant and well-managed across both markets. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer UK employee benefits Support and maintain US benefits offering Ensure compliance with UK benefits legislation reporting, HMRC requirements and awareness of US compliance considerations Lead UK and US benefits renewals and open enrolment processes Benchmark reward packages against market data in both countries Partner with payroll/HRIS teams to ensure accurate benefits data and reporting across jurisdictions Manage relationships with UK and US brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators Support wider reward initiatives, including pay benchmarking, salary reviews, and total reward statements Provide guidance to HR colleagues and managers on benefits queries across both regions You will need Demonstrable experience supporting or managing US employee benefits Proven experience in a Reward/ Benefits role, with expert knowledge of UK ..... full job details .....
