Key Responsibilities:Drive a variety of critical Reward projects, including benchmarking, market insight, business unit reward reviews, and incentive design.Provide strategic direction and guidance on annual cyclical programmes such as bonus structures, base pay reviews, and collective pay agreements.Collaborate with various business units to comprehend challenges related to reward frameworks and suggest innovative solutions.Define project scope and secure necessary resources for key initiatives, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged.Influence and guide stakeholders towards solutions aligned with the broader reward strategy.Oversee the end-to-end implementation of key projects and initiatives, owning crucial reward elements within the broader HR plan.
