OverviewOur client is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving growth by ensuring marketing, sales, and customer on-boarding teams are operating at peak efficiency. You''ll own and optimize the HubSpot ecosystem, lead cross-functional revenue projects, and build scalable systems and processes that help meet ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership: Administer and optimise HubSpot CRM across marketing, sales, and customer on-boarding. Ensure data integrity, automation, and accurate reporting.
Process Optimisation: Map, analyse, and improve workflows to eliminate friction, find efficiencies, implement automation where possible, and improve customers experience.
Data and Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, funnel metrics, campaign performance, and forecast accuracy.
Lead Management: Improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs between marketing and sales to maximise conversion.
Revenue Insights: Provide strategic insights to the business leadership around performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
Tool and Tech Stack Management: Evaluate, integrate, and manage revenue-related tools to enhance team efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer On-boarding to ensure alignment and accountability across the revenue engine.
Key Skills and Competencies Required
3+ years in Revenue Operations ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Deep experience with HubSpot (Must have) - both strategic and hands-on.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data
