Your new roleAs Revenue Manager, you''ll lead a high-performing team across billing and credit control functions. You''ll be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting system transformation initiatives. Your role will include:Managing and mentoring direct reports to meet billing and cash collection targetsActing as the escalation point for billing and credit control issuesOverseeing invoice processing, including eBilling and compliance with HMRC/SRA rulesSupporting the implementation of new practice management systemsLeading WIP and unpaid bill reviews with fee earners and partnersMonitoring time recording accuracy and driving behavioural improvementsBuilding strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be successful, you must have:A minimum of 3 years'' revenue management experience within a law firmStrong working knowledge of legal billing systems (Elite 3E experience is a plus)Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detailExperience in change management or system upgrades is desirableExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teamsA proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independentlyWhat you''ll get in returnA competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000Hybrid working with flexibility to support your lifestyle and productivityA supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and growth are valuedOpportunities to contribute to community, sustainability and pro bono initiativesWhat you need to do now
