Drive and motivate your team to achieve individual and store targetsLead by example on the shop floor and back of houseFollow company policies and procedures, visual merchandising, stock control and loss preventionManage the execution of the retail game changer in your storeAnalyze overall store performance and make decisions to increase productivity and efficiencyDeliver total customer satisfaction via our service model and boost sales through the customer experience with advanced sales techniquesCoordinate rota and store schedulingMinimize losses by implementing, monitoring and enforcing loss prevention proceduresMaintain health, safety and environmental standards in storeHandle in-store HR operations—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training and developmentAddress enquiries and provide an escalation route for customer complaintsProvide feedback to Senior ManagementPerform other duties as required by Senior ManagementRequirements for Success

Team player with proven people management and leadership experiencePrevious retail experience desirableDemonstrate excellent customer service skillsKnowledge of loss prevention proceduresPassion for retail and achieving sales targets with strong knowledge of retail KPIsDesire to learn and growAbility to perform basic maths and understand retail operationsKnowledge of POS systemsExcellent attention to detail and effective communication skillsFluent in EnglishKnowledge of retail market and consumer trendsComfortable with remote managementFlexible work schedule including weekends and holidaysAdditional Benefits
