Site Manager - Retail Roll-out Programme



South of England | Long-Term Contract Opportunity

We are currently recruiting multiple Site Managers on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a major retail roll-out programme across the South of England.

This is a fast-track programme with work spanning multiple locations, with Swindon acting as the central point. Projects will extend south into Dorset and north towards Warwickshire, so flexibility to travel across the patch is essential.

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of retail refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing site operations from start to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Maintaining health & safety standards
• Monitoring programme and project progress
• Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the build

Applicants MUST hold:

• Valid Black or White CSCS Card
• SMSTS Certificate
• First Aid at Work Certificate

You must also have:

• Previous experience managing retail fit-out, refurbishment or roll-out projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience working within fast-paced construction environments

• 15 months of secured work
• Standard Monday to Friday working pattern
• Long-term continuity on a high-profile retail programme
