Working hours: 37 hours per week, working five days out of a six-day operating week, including Saturdays on a rota basis. The store operates Monday to Saturday, with the following opening hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 9am 5pm Wednesday: 10am 5pm, with an 8am start required for delivery day Thursday: 9am 6pm Saturday: 9am 3pm You will be responsible for managing the team rota, ensuring the store is appropriately staffed and that working hours are balanced across the week to accommodate delivery commitments and longer shifts.
