Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively welcoming shoppers, answering queries, and offering product recommendations.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves and display areas are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.

• Maintain high standards of store presentation, including general housekeeping and organizing fitting rooms or stockrooms.

• Support the store management team with seasonal changeovers, promotional setups, and inventory counts.

• Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and in line with company policy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment is highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuinely helpful and approachable demeanor.

• Comfortable working on your feet in a busy, target-driven environment.
