Retail Assistant

Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by actively welcoming shoppers, answering queries, and offering product recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves and display areas are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing. Maintain high standards of store presentation, including general housekeeping and organizing fitting rooms or stockrooms. Support the store management team with seasonal changeovers, promotional setups, and inventory counts. Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and in line with company policy. Requirements Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
