The role offers exposure to both complex, high-value cases and day-to-day insolvency work within a collaborative and supportive team.The Restructuring and Insolvency Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Restructuring and Insolvency Paralegal will provide support across a varied caseload, assisting fee earners throughout the lifecycle of matters.Responsibilities will include:Assisting with restructuring and insolvency matters from instruction through to conclusionManaging case administration and document managementReviewing, analysing and summarising large volumes of documentsSupporting disclosure and document review exercisesConducting legal research and factual investigationsCarrying out Companies House, Land Registry and other relevant searchesPreparing court documents, bundles and e-filing applicationsLiaising with clients, counsel, court staff and third partiesAttending client meetings, conferences with counsel and court hearingsTaking detailed attendance notes and maintaining accurate case recordsThe Restructuring and Insolvency ParalegalPrevious paralegal experience within litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency or commercial lawLaw ..... full job details .....
