The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Manager to join our People Team to manage the Resourcing / Recruitment team. This role is located at The London Clinic''s Head Office, we are offering a hybrid working model with remote working available, along with a highly competitive salary.

As Resourcing Manager you will report to the CPO and will lead the hospital''s end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective resourcing solutions. This role is responsible for shaping and implementing the hospital''s talent acquisition strategy, attracting and retaining skilled clinical and non-clinical professionals, and driving recruitment excellence to meet workforce plans.

Key Duties

Develop and deliver The London Clinic''s recruitment and resourcing strategy aligned with organisational objectives and workforce plans.

Lead on the design and implementation of innovative attraction and retention initiatives to position the hospital as an employer of choice.

Oversee the full recruitment cycle (advertising, selection, compliance, onboarding) across all staff groups.

Manage and continuously improve recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with employment law, NHS Employers standards, CQC regulations, and right-to-work requirements.

Provide effective line management to the permanent recruitment team, setting clear performance expectations aligned to business priorities.

Partner with clinical, non-clinical and operational managers to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Produce accurate and timely recruitment performance reports, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, vacancy rates, pipeline strength, candidate drop-off, and campaign performance. Use insights to inform decision-making and support planning for external resources such as advertising, agency use, and attraction strategies.

Lead the development and implementation of an employer brand that reflects the The London Clinic''s values, culture, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Collaborate with HR, and operational leaders to ensure branding resonates with target talent groups and supports long-term workforce objectives.

Skills and Experience

Significant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition leadership roles, ideally in healthcare or a complex, regulated environment.

Proven track record of developing and delivering recruitment strategies at organisational level.

Experience of workforce planning, international recruitment, and managing high-volume clinical recruitment campaigns.

Demonstrable experience in managing and developing teams.
