Enlighten Supply Pool are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting highly talented individuals who are interested in pursuing work in Education. As a Candidate Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals, providing them with guidance and support throughout the application process, and ensuring that they are matched with schools that are best suited to them.Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates interested in pursuing work in educationWork closely with prospective candidates to provide guidance and support throughout the application processReview and assess applicationsMaintain a comprehensive database of candidatesAttend education fairs, conferences, and other events to promote recruitment and salesDevelop and maintain relationships with university faculty, staff, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment effortsProvide regular reports on recruitment efforts and progress to the management teamRequirements
Education Resourcing experience is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefits
