Resource Manager Rate: 75 - 85 per hour Location: Frimley / Camberley, Surrey (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Duration: 6 months initially Start: ASAP (May)(Project Management Specialist) Overview We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a Programme Management Office supporting engineering and project teams delivering aircraft modification programmes. This role focuses on planning, allocating, and optimising resources to ensure efficient project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and allocate resources across engineering and project teamsBalance workloads and maintain project timelines and critical pathsSupport development of baseline plans for new and ongoing workImprove resource planning processes, tools, and team responsivenessWork closely with stakeholders to ensure effective deliveryKey Skills RequiredStrong resource management and capacity planning experienceSolid project management understandingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRequirements5+ years'' experience in resource planning, project management, or similarExperience with planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet)Ability to work onsite in Surrey (Frimley) at least 3 days per weekRight to work in the UK (basic background check required)Working Pattern Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start/finish times (core hours 09:00-16:00).Services advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.
